Personal education plan (PEP)

Ealing students personal education plan (PEP) will be hosted on Welfare Call from September 2024.

Social workers and designated teachers will receive an email from Welfare Call that includes their log in details.

• Initial meeting dates will need to be set for all first PEP on Welfare Call.
• This will be for all children looked after (CLA) and children who are new into care.

A PEP brings together professionals to focus on the child and information can be shared in a document and meeting. The PEP should be meaningful and focus on the childs achievements.
