The Safeguarding and Inclusion package helps schools strengthen safeguarding practices, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and promote inclusion. It includes staff training, policy reviews, audits, and tailored strategies for SEND students. This package supports schools in meeting Ofsted safeguarding criteria, creating a safe and inclusive environment for all.
• Ensure the safeguarding of students and staff by embedding best practices across the school.
• Help your school meet statutory safeguarding obligations and Ofsted criteria for safeguarding and inclusion.
• Promote a culture of inclusion, ensuring all students feel valued and supported.
• Support staff in identifying, managing, and reporting safeguarding concerns with confidence.
• Provide expert guidance on inclusive practices for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and other vulnerable groups.
• Assist in creating a safer, more inclusive environment that can improve student wellbeing, engagement, and attainment.
• Support schools in building positive relationships with families and the wider community, promoting safety and inclusion.

This package includes:
• Staff training on safeguarding practices, including identifying signs of abuse, managing disclosures, and reporting procedures.
• Review and update of existing safeguarding and inclusion policies to ensure they are in line with current legislation and best practice.
• Comprehensive safeguarding audit to assess the current state of policies, practices, and staff awareness.
• Support in writing or revising your school’s inclusion policy to reflect a commitment to equal opportunities for all students.
• Developing a framework to ensure ongoing monitoring and review of safeguarding practices.
• Training on inclusive practices for students with SEND, including differentiation and reasonable adjustments.
• Staff and student workshops on building an inclusive, respectful school culture.
• Parent engagement workshops to raise awareness and involve families in safeguarding and inclusion efforts.
• Access to a toolkit with templates, policies, and resources for inclusion and safeguarding.
• Access to ongoing consultancy and support to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to safeguarding and inclusion standards.
This package offers a proactive approach to safeguarding and inclusion, helping schools create environments where every student is safe, valued, and supported in their learning.
This Package Also Includes:
- Free access to four central trainings for staff on topics like reducing sugar in packed lunches, healthy snack swaps, and embedding a sugar-smart culture.
- Two tickets to the Health Improvement Annual Conference.
- Two drop-in days to help you progress towards Healthy Schools London awards.
- Three primary or high school PSHE network meetings to share best practices and learn new strategies.
