Ealing services for schools order form for 2025/26

Here is the Ealing services for schools brochure offer for 2025/26. Your school order form will open on 24 February 2025. Please complete and submit your order form by 31 March 2025.

View your school order history

Headteachers and nominated buyers can access their schools' order history at any time. Just log in at www.egfl.org.uk/order-history and select the relevant order history year.

Nominated buyers

Headteachers are automatically a nominated buyer for their school. Headteachers can also nominate their school business manager or relevant colleague to submit the order form on their behalf. To set up a nominated buyer please provide their full name and position by email to egflwebteam@ealing.gov.uk.

How to submit school order form

Every February the school order form will open for orders to be placed. To submit your order form:

• Log in to EGfL at www.egfl.org.uk/user
• Go to the schools annual buyback tab
• Select required or not required against all services
• Select save as draft if you are still deciding
• When you are ready, select submit.

ELP order form

The ELP order form will be next available in 2026. ELP membership costs will be added to your services for schools order form every February during each commitment year.

Service commitments

Services that are mandatory or where there is a two or three year commitment will be pre-selected on your school order form. This includes HRSSC pensions, Ealing Learning Partnership subscriptions and Educational Psychology.
