Race equality journey case study at Mayfield Primary School
The race equality journey so far:
- Began with the headteacher attending decolonising the curriculum training
- Led to a curriculum review and increased representation of people from diverse backgrounds
- Two staff members were designated to lead race and diversity work, one from SLT and one a member of support staff
