SACRE

The role of SACRE (Standing Advisory Council on Religious Education is to advise the local authority on religious education and collective worship in community, foundation and voluntary controlled schools without a religious designation.

SACRE annual reports

All SACREs are required by law to produce an annual report.

A copy of the report is sent to National Association of SACRES (NASACRE) - (select e and then Ealing to view Ealing reports). The reports are also listed below in PDF format.

These reports contain information about standards in religious education in the borough, examination results, applications for determinations and any INSET provided for teachers, as well as accounts of other SACRE activities.
