Building your workforce – TA level 3 with a SEND focus

05 Dec 2024

We are excited to announce that TES has been appointed as our TA level 3 SEND apprenticeship pilot provider.

A heartfelt thank you to Paul Adair and Nicola Forster for their invaluable support and contributions as panel members during the selection process.

TES will collaborate closely with Ealing Learning Partnership (ELP) to ensure their programme reflects our values and commitment to inclusive education.

Together, we aim to cultivate a skilled and knowledgeable SEND workforce, embedding our "No Learner Left Behind" ethos while actively supporting our race equity work.

Limited spaces available – Apply now

The pilot begins at the end of January and a few spaces are still available.

To enrol a staff member, please complete the application form and email to Sukh Sahans (ssahans@ealing.gov.uk) our LA apprenticeship partner.

  • comprehensive support: Apprentices, schools and mentors will receive ongoing guidance from TES, Sukh Sahans and ELP. The programme includes:
    • regular check-ins.
    • support to the apprentices
    • support to the schools
    • SEND-specific training
    • opportunities for face-to-face networking and collaboration
    • monthly monitoring and learner progress meetings with TES
    • addressing any situations impacting learning and progress
    • celebrating success once the apprentices have completed and achieved the L3 TA role.
