Join us on: Sunday 2 February 2025 between 10am - 1pm, outside RSK, Northfields Avenue, for a day of creativity, mindfulness and community at the Northfields Avenue Green Community Wellness Day.

This family focused event is all about bringing people together to relax, recharge, and reconnect with nature through fun, hands-on activities.

What's on offer?

• Arts and crafts stall - Paint your very own plant pots in a welcoming space for all ages. Our friendly team of volunteers will guide you through techniques and spark your creativity
• Gardening stall - Discover the joy of growing English native flowers, vegetables and herbs. Use your newly painted pots or eco-friendly containers to sow seeds that support pollinators and expand our local green spaces
• Mindfulness tent - Find your calm and learn tools for a healthier, happier life. Including creative activities and tips which can help us to be more mindful.
