Our comprehensive course is designed to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge to provide effective support and guidance.

The course

This qualification is appropriate for learners who have responsibility for information, advice or guidance as part of their core work and for those who may be involved in general signposting within the further education (16+) sector and would be ideal for parent ambassadors working within schools.

The course is free to learners earning below the London Living Wage Threshold of £25,642.50 and those aged between 19-23 who do not yet hold a level 3 qualification.
