Ealing Book Festival – Schools' outreach lead

About us

The Ealing Book Festival team came together in June 2023, registered as a charity in October 2023 and held a launch event in November 2023.

We have partnered with Pitzhanger Manor and Gallery, where we held our inaugural festival in April 2024. This comprised 19 events including a young poets’ competition, children’s authors, a poetry workshop, literary walking tours and fiction and non-fiction authors. The festival was extremely well received, and we want to grow the festival and establish it as an annual event in Ealing’s cultural calendar.

Outreach lead

We’re now looking for someone enthused by developing our schools’ outreach programme to join our management team on a voluntary basis to advise and lead on the development of the programme.

The 2025 festival is scheduled for Thursday 24 to Sunday 27 April.
