2024 Check your performance measures data

The ‘Check your performance measures data’ (CYPMD) replaces the old table checking service the schools are used to completing.

We expect the process will remain largely unchanged in terms of timescales and actions for schools.

Latest information 2023-24

The Check Your Performance Measures Data (CYPMD) Help Centre is now available, here you will find the latest information regarding:

•  key stage 2 (KS2)
•  key stage 4 (KS4) June
•  key stage 4 (KS4) Autumn and
•  16 to 18 Autumn checking exercises and performance data sharing for the 2023-24 academic year.

Please check those relevant pages on a regular basis for updates.

Help centre

From the help centre you can: 

• view all previously issued communications to schools by the CYPMD team.
• find out how you can contact the CYPMD Helpline if you need further advice
• access all checking exercise guidance documents, these will be available prior to each checking exercise
• Access a link to the CYPMD portal, to view your data and, if necessary, request amendments to your pupil/student lists (please note you will need a DfE Sign-In account to access and that the DfE will notify schools and colleges by email when a link will be available, this will be prior to each checking exercise going live)

2024 key stage 4 June checking exercise

The 2024 key stage 4 June checking exercise will open at 9:30am on Monday 24 June 2024 and close at 5pm on Friday 5 July 2024. 

Further information including access arrangements will be sent to schools and colleges by the DfE prior to opening.
