Help us develop our approach with families

We are keen to develop our approach to working with children, young people and their families in terms of how we communicate our offer and how people navigate our services.

As part of this work we are currently carrying out some research with a company called 'Invuse'. Some of you may have completed a brief survey last month capturing parent views and knowledge of services in the borough.

From this, Invuse have now developed a ‘card sort’ activity to help us understand how people categorise information and how they would logically search for information.

If you could take 8-10 minutes to complete this exercise we would be grateful. Please do also share the link with family, friends and neighbours. The more voices we have in this work the better.
