First Day - A game to help year 6 pupils prepare for the transition from primary to secondary school 

An Arts Council-supported project, this game was designed to help year 6 pupils prepare for the transition to secondary school.

It was created it in consultation with pupils and teachers of that age group and has received some great feedback.
