Annual race equality in schools survey 2024

In response to the Ealing Race Equality Commission’s call to action, schools across the borough have been focusing on race equality and in particular closing the gap in achievement for Black Caribbean, White and Black Caribbean and Somali pupils.

To track the progress of our collaborative work around race equality, we are asking every headteacher to complete an annual race equality in schools survey.

We will use the results from the survey to review progress against the baseline position in 2023 and to shape the programme for 2024-25. Results will be shared with the Citizen's Tribunal, but data will be aggregated and will not relate to individual schools.
