Description

This qualification is ideal if you have management responsibilities but no formal training and are serious about developing your abilities.

It is particularly suited to practicing team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management, and managers who need to lead people through organisational change, budget cuts, or other pressures.

• Day 1: Tuesday 4 February 2025 10am - 1pm: Induction and developing yourself as a team leader Part 1
• Day 2: Tuesday 18 March 2025 10am - 1pm: Developing yourself as a team leader Part 2 and assignment
• Day 3: Tuesday 29 April 2025 10am - 1pm: Leading your team and assignment
• Day 4: Tuesday 3 June 2025 10am - 1pm: Tutorial and next steps.
