Photo images needed

Have you had a photoshoot where you could share some of the images for use in ELP publications?

Help us ensure we feature and represent a wide range of Ealing schools on our websites and in publications. We are keen to increase our representation of SEN children and pupils with disabilities.

The EGfL web team manages an image bank of photos that are used for ELP documents and websites as well as Ealing Council web and publications.

We are hoping our Ealing maintained and academy primary, high and special schools can provide us with a range of images.

These could be of:

  • pupils
  • activities
  • SEN pupils
  • pupils with disabilities
  • pupils’ art work /displays
  • facilities/staff related images.

All images including pupils/staff would have to have the appropriate consent for the range of usage described above.

Please email egflwebteam@ealing.gov.uk if you have any images we could use.

We will then contact you to follow up.

Usage of images

The images taken will be used for

  • Ealing’s education related publications and items
  • Web content: ie Ealing Grid for Learning, Ealing CPD online, Ealing Council’s website
  • Education related printed publications: eg ELP brochures and flyers.

Consent

You would need to ensure you have the appropriate consent and model release forms in place. Signed consent from the parent, guardian, or carer of a child who is under the age of 18 years is required.

Your school may already have this consent in place; if so, no additional consent would be required. If not, full details, including parental consent forms, can be found on photography and publicity on EGfL (see related content below).
