These qualifications are designed to help you boost your performance as a team member and help you make the transition from working in a team to leading a team.

If you are a practicing team leader, they will help you be more effective and confident in your role.

Programme

• Day 1: 22 October 2024 10am - 1pm Induction and Developing yourself as a Team Leader Part 1
• Day 2: 19 November 2024 10am - 1pm Developing yourself as a Team Leader Part 2 andassignment
• Day 3: 07 January 2025 10am - 1pm Leading your team & assignment
• Day 4: 11 Feruary 2025 10am - 1pm Tutorial and next steps.
