ELP school staff supply service

This Is a reminder that the ELP school staff supply service contract with Reed Education will end in August 2024 as there is no option to extend this contract further.

Arrangements this term

Therefore, moving forward this term:

• current rates and benefits with Reed (including free temp to perm) will be honoured on all bookings filled in the summer term that start or are carried into autumn term 2024
• for new requirements from the autumn, Reed will be available to support your school under new contracts agreed directly by your school. A new rate card will be circulated in the coming weeks
• The current Reed staff who currently run the account will remain the key contact Victoria.Wallington@reed.com; telephone number of 020 8237 6401
• Reed will remain an employer who pays fairly and on or above the London Living Wage as per Ealing’s commitment to fair pay.

Reed will be making contact with all the schools that are currently utilising the service over the next few weeks to ensure that there is a smooth transition and that new contracts can be agreed and signed.

This service has had its challenges and successes, overall it has been a benefit to ELP schools and pleasingly it is ending with record numbers of supply days being placed each week.
