Early years funding rates 2024-2025

Ealing early years funding rates for 2024-2025 have been confirmed. This includes rates for the new entitlement coming in for eligible 2 year olds from 1 April and the entitlement for eligible children from 9 months which begins in September 2024.

• 3-4 year (universal and extended) offer: £5.27
• Working parent 2 year offer: £8.24
• Disadvantaged 2 year offer: 8.24
• Working parent under 2 year offer: £11.92

Supplements 2024-25

Deprivation

• 3-4 year (universal and extended) offer: £0.29
• Working parent 2 year offer: nil
• Disadvantaged 2 year offer: £0.91
• Working parent under 2 year offer: nil

Quality

• 3-4 year (universal and extended) offer: £0.29

Ealing will continue to allocate 100% pass through for the following elements of funding for children/settings that meet the eligibility criteria, these are funding streams outside of the main grant;​

• TPPG (Teacher Pay Pension Grant)​
• DAF (Disability Access Funding)​
• EYPP (Early Years Pupil Premium)​
• MNS (Maintained Nursery Supplement)​.
